Terms and Conditions
All Airport and Seaport transfers are undertaken on a strictly one-way non-stop basis.
SIGHTSEEING: Chauffeurs will always do their utmost to visit all major attractions in the area you are visiting. Providing that the time and mileage allowed is not exceeded. All excess time and mileage will be charged as per Tariff.
BAGGAGE: Transferring of all baggage is entirely at the chauffeur's discretion. Small soft pieces of baggage will be allowed inside of the vehicle providing they do not hinder operation obscure view or cause damage to the interior of the vehicle.
ROUTING: The office will make a combined effort with the chauffeur to plan the best route between two points, planning will take into consideration any known adverse conditions. Ensuring a quick and comfortable journey. The chauffeur's decisions on all routing will be final. The Company will not be held responsible for late arrivals or departures due to circumstances that are beyond its control.
In the case of operational emergencies or unforeseen circumstances Chauffeur Drive Solutions reserve the right to, replace any car with, another car in the same category, or a subcontracted car from one of its approved subcontractors. These actions will only be taken in order to protect the client and not compromise the service offered.
Parking and porterage when incurred will be added to the final invoice at cost.
Between the hours of 12 o’clock midnight and 6am an excess of 20% will be charged. All public and bank holidays an excess of 25% will be charged, with exception to Christmas Day and New Years Eve when an excess of 100% will be charged.
We do not add gratuities to our final invoice as these are made at the client’s discretion.
VAT at current U.K. rates will be added to all invoices.
Account facilities available at strictly 30 days net, subject to status.
In the event of the vehicles interior being soiled in any way by the client, a charge of £100 will be made.
